Recipe by: Best Bread Machine COOKBOOK Ever - Ethinic (Directions that follow are exactly from the book...I've made changes, naturally, and my changes are marked... see "Notes" below!) 1. Add all ingred for the dough in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the dough cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. 2. At the end of the dough cycle, remove the dough from the machine. (*1) Preheat the oven to 375 deg. 3. On a lightly greased baking sheet (*2), press out the dough into a 10" circle. Peel and core the apples (*3). Cut them into thin slices. Arrange the apple slices in concentric circles (*4)(*5) on the dough, (*6) leaving a 1/2" border around the edge. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and cloves and sprinkle over the apples. (*7) Bake 50-60 min. til golden brown. (*8) My Notes: (are marked by *'s above) 1-Put in refrig. in Tupper Container for 6 hours 2-Used "Pam" type spray on the cookie sheet 3-Cut up 3 Apples (sliced & Peeled) 4-Mix Apple Slices w/topping 5-Push coated apple Slices into dough 6-Poured over left over juice from apples 7-Let rise 1 hour (because it had been in the refrig) 8-Baked 375 deg - 30 min (my oven) : T'was BEAUTIFUL!
